The design reflects a contemporary architectural identity, emphasizing functionality, clarity of circulation, and user-centered planning. Our scope covered Architecture, Structural, and MEP design, ensuring full multidisciplinary coordination and technical integration.
In parallel, all Ministry Decree drawings and regulatory submissions were prepared in compliance with local codes and statutory requirements. The project delivers a well-balanced, future-ready development that supports modern living, healthcare services, and mixed-use activities within a unified vision.
